You agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional updates from TCUTME Barber Studio by email and text message at the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Plans change, and we understand that. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your start time at no charge. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows inside the 12-hour window are subject to a fee equal to half the price of the booked service.
We hold your appointment time to give every client their full session. For services 30 minutes or shorter, arriving more than 10 minutes late is treated as a no call, no show. For services longer than 30 minutes, the cutoff is 15 minutes late.
