The Fine Print

Terms of Service

Effective August 18, 2026. Version v2026-08-18.1.

Who You Are Dealing With

TCUTME Barber Studio is a one-barber studio owned and run by Talib "T" at 8101 Sandy Spring Rd, Suite 300-W21, Laurel, MD 20707. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean TCUTME LLC, and "you" means you.

These terms cover this website (tcutme.com), our booking site (book.tcutme.com), our resource site (business.tcutme.com), and the appointments you book through them. By using any of it, you are agreeing to what is on this page.

Age

You have to be 18 or older to create an account or book online. If the appointment is for someone under 18, a parent or legal guardian books it under their own account and stays responsible for that appointment: showing up, any deposit, any fee, and being reachable if we need to move it. Kids are welcome in the chair. They just cannot be the ones holding the account.

Your Account

Keep your account details accurate and keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything booked from your account is treated as booked by you. If you think somebody else got into it, tell us right away.

We can suspend or close an account for abuse. That means threats or harassment aimed at T or at anyone else, repeat no-shows, chargebacks filed instead of a phone call, fake bookings, or trying to break or scrape the site. If we close your account, any appointment already on the books may be canceled too, and the deposit rules on the Booking Policy still apply.

Booking, Deposits and Fees

All of it lives in one place so there is only ever one version to read: the Booking Policy. That page is the rule for deposits, cancellations, reschedules, running late, no-shows, and the card we keep on file. It is part of these terms, and booking an appointment means you accept it.

Text Messages

If you get texts from us, the SMS Terms apply, including how to stop them. That page is part of these terms too.

The Service Itself

We put real care into every cut, but a haircut is a personal service and taste is personal. Services and this website are provided as-is, without any warranty beyond what Maryland law requires us to give. If something about your cut is not right, tell us within a few days and we will make it right in the chair. That is how we would rather handle it than through paperwork.

Tell us before we start if you have a scalp or skin condition, an allergy, or a sensitivity to any product. We cannot work around what we do not know about.

Limit on What We Owe

If something goes wrong and we end up owing you money, the most we owe for any claim connected to a service or to this website is the amount you actually paid us for the service the claim is about. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost time, lost income, or missed events. Some states do not allow limits like this, so if yours does not, this section applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited, including claims for personal injury caused by our own negligence.

Blog Comments

You can sign in and comment on our blog. A few plain rules:

What you post is yours and it is on you. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, private about someone else, or copied from a place you do not have permission to copy from. No ads, no spam, no links you were paid to drop.

By posting, you give us permission to show, store, and reshare your comment on our own sites and in our own promotion of them, with your display name, at no cost. You keep ownership of it. You can ask us to take yours down at any time.

We can remove or hold any comment for any reason, and we do not have to explain why. Some comments get held automatically for review before they appear. That is not personal.

Do not scrape, crawl, bulk download, or republish the site's content, comment data, or customer information, and do not use any of it to train a model. Reading the site like a normal person is fine. Automating it is not.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe something posted on our site copies work you own, send us a written notice with your contact details, what was copied, where it is on our site, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will look at it promptly and take down anything that should come down.

We also close the accounts of people who post infringing material more than once.

Send notices to [email protected], or by mail to TCUTME LLC, 8101 Sandy Spring Rd, Suite 300-W21, Laurel, MD 20707.

Maryland Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Prince George's County, Maryland, and we both agree those courts can hear it.

Changes to These Terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date and a new version number at the top. Keeping an account or booking after that date means you accept the new version. If a change matters to you and you would rather not accept it, close your account and let us know.

Odds and Ends

If a court decides one part of these terms does not hold up, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. Our Privacy Policy, Booking Policy and SMS Terms are part of this agreement, and together they are the whole of it.
